In a 20-minute consultation with our Treatment Coordinators at Genix Healthcare, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss any concerns about your smile and receive expert advice on the best treatments to address them. We'll create a bespoke treatment plan tailored to your needs and even offer a 3D scan, giving you a clear vision of how our treatments can transform your smile. Additionally, we'll go over flexible finance options to ensure your journey to a confident smile fits your budget.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

We understand plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll happily move your appointment or refund the deposit.

Is the £20 deposit refundable?

Yes, the deposit is fully refundable if you attend your appointment and decide not to proceed with treatment.

Why do I need to pay the deposit?

The deposit secures your appointment with our treatment coordinator, ensuring that we reserve dedicated time for you to discuss your smile transformation journey.
